Storage

If not devouring immediately, freeze or refrigerate. Peak flavor is at room temperature. Our cakes keep on a counter approximately 4 days if tightly sealed and no one is home. They can be keep refrigerated for up to 7 days and frozen for up to 3 months. (We assure you, freezing does not keep them safe from snacking.) Microwaving of these delicious cakes is not recommended.
